We would love to tell you the meaning of Erainost and a beautiful story behind the name, but unfortunately it doesn’t have a meaning. And we have decided to keep it like that to let people relate to the name how it feels best to them. For me I would say Erainost is a mysterious beauty which cannot be described but experienced.
Yes shipping is free within the UK when:
You spend over £50 – 1st class recorded is free
You spend over £75 – next day delivery is free (order must be placed by 2pm)
You can choose from the following 3 options:
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded – £4.50
Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded – £5.00
Royal Mail Next day – £7.50 (order must be placed by 2pm)
Depending on the postage paid, it will take:
1 – 2 days for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
3 – 4 days for Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded
Royal Mail Next day: next day by 1pm (order must be placed by 2pm)
If you are thinking of returning an item, you have 14 days to do so. All items are accepted except for earrings. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable. All items returned must be in its original saleable condition, unworn and unused. Customer pays return postage, unless the item is faulty.
All items need to be sent back via recorded delivery.

If you have a faulty item please inform us within 2 days of receiving the items. Please send us an email to info@www.erainost.com with pictures of faulty items and we will be happy to refund or exchange the items for you. Refund will be issued once the items have been inspected, upon inspection if the item is not faulty we reserve the right to not issue refund. Please refer to our terms & conditions for further information.
We currently do not ship internationally, however if you are interested in purchasing from Erainost, please do get in touch and we can inform you about the international shopping costs. And if you are happy to pay the shipping we can definitely post the items to you.
We currently do not offer gift wrapping service, however a gift bag can be purchased at a cost of £1.50.
