What is your return policy?

If you are thinking of returning an item, you have 14 days to do so. All items are accepted except for earrings.  Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.  All items returned must be in its original saleable condition, unworn and unused. Customer pays return postage, unless the item is faulty.

All items need to be sent back via recorded delivery.
